Troy Sproul
Troy brings 17 years of restaurant experience to every project — not as a consultant, but as an active operator. As a 4-unit franchisee and founder of Blue Square Pizza, an award-winning concept currently operating 3 locations with a 4th in development, he understands what it takes to open fast, run lean, and scale without breaking what works.
He holds an MBA and has spent nearly two decades learning — firsthand — what separates restaurants that perform from ones that struggle. That operator perspective is the foundation VRD Partners is built on.
Rodrigo Farias
Rodrigo brings over 20 years of construction expertise to every VRD Partners engagement — from field operations and structural coordination to project management and execution.
With extensive experience across commercial construction, tenant fit-outs, and complex multi-scope builds, he has spent his career working alongside GCs, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on spec. His background spans material procurement, shop drawing review, change order management, and field sequencing — the hands-on depth that turns a well-designed plan into a well-built space.
